Hi, I’m Kiara Nichols, a marketing student at Commonwealth University–Bloomsburg with a strong interest in digital marketing, brand growth, and customer engagement. I enjoy learning how businesses connect with their audiences and build long‑term relationships through effective marketing.

I am currently earning my bachelor’s degree in marketing while pursuing a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. This academic path allows me to explore how marketing and learning experiences work together to communicate ideas clearly and engage people online.

I have gained hands‑on experience at Nichols Bus Inc., my family’s transportation business. In this role, I manage the company’s Facebook and Instagram accounts and create content that promotes services and supports customer communication. This experience has helped me build practical skills in social media marketing and online brand presence.

Beyond social media, I handle daily office tasks such as data entry, basic bookkeeping, and organizing client records. These responsibilities sharpen my attention to detail and strengthen my organizational skills while showing me how marketing supports everyday business operations.

As digital trends continue to evolve, I actively expand my knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools. By learning new strategies, I continue to grow my understanding of how brands reach and engage their audiences.

Overall, I focus on building my professional portfolio and strengthening my communication skills. I am currently seeking internship opportunities where I can gain real‑world marketing experience and contribute to meaningful projects. My goal is to help brands grow and create strong, lasting connections with their audiences.
